It's been a few days, or maybe a week or two-- either way. Long enough to be introduced to Luna's attendants (when did a kirin get here??), and be ordained (WHO EVEN IS THIS HORSE), and to quickly establish their attitude in regard to the others and their place at the relative top of the pack. Under their goddess, of course.
It was useful, in any case, to have attendants willing to fetch things for them for a time; even if they wanted to go out and do it themself, their Goddess's possessiveness and unrelenting desire at the time prevented them from going much of anywhere, and they would need clothes at some point since the robe they came in was destroyed, thanks Luna. But at least they could order something, and have it ready a day or two later, and keep it on hand for when they could take a wander without Luna worrying overmuch. But in and around the shrine, in front of the attendants, and in front of Luna, they didn't bother with clothing at all. There was no point, at the height of Luna's heat, to wearing something that would simply be shredded by their claws when they next needed to rut, and Glayva was never very fond of wearing clothing in the comfort of their own home to begin with.
So this early morning, when the sun was bright and only warm and high enough in the sky not to blind them, Glayva was stretched out(unclothed as usual) on the deck of the shrine in a patch of sunlight filtered through the new spring leaves, head propped atop a hand and idly flipping through a book. It was a bit early for breakfast, for them, and they weren't going to eat without Luna in any case, so best to waste a bit of time until then. ]
[ It takes awhile before they're actually awake awake, though basically the second Glayva left in the morning they've been stirring. Once they're feeling up to actually getting up though, they still stay in place - it's embarrassing, honestly, that this has somehow been their worst heat despite having an actual outlet for it. Or maybe it's because of that, but either way they don't like it, and they don't like how every time that person that's theirs now is even slightly away the desire to be near them instantly starts gnawing away at them.
So they try for a bit to just ignore it, but that hardly works out and eventually they don't even care to try to continue ignoring it, because why should they? They should have things they want, and not even self-control can stop them! Besides, they need to spend as much time as possible with them so their attendants will stop asking stupid questions like "are you sure about this, Goddess?" and "maybe the kirincatcher can catch the kirin?".
So when they do come out onto the deck, they flop on top of Glayva the moment they spot them, sniffing at their mane. ]
[ an ear was perked basically the moment they heard any significant movement from the shrine, so when Luna comes out to flop down on them they were already expecting it.
Perhaps expecting a bit more, judging by the subtle way they shifted their legs and flicked their tail to the side, but at this point that was just habit. they hum good-naturedly, turning their head a little towards them. ]
Good morning, Goddess. Are you hungry?
[ in the literal or figurative way; the distinction didn't matter much. ]
[ they don't respond immediately, but instead continue sniffing. once they finish they let out a satisfied sigh and wrap their arms around Glayva, pouting. ]
I just wanted to warn you that even though I am functionally alive, in most respects there is a chance that I may not be able to carry your children to term. I've never tried.
If that changes anything long-term for you, I mean. Hopefully it's not the case either way~.

You left.

[ they comfortably let themselves be snuggled into Luna's arms, though. ]
And now here you are, so it's fine.

[ grumble grumble. ]

[ anyway, turns back to their book for now, flipping a page. ]
You haven't put your dick in me yet~ so I'm assuming you've calmed down a little.
no subject
-- I'm trying to, anyway.
no subject
Are you okay? It's remained strong for quite some time.

[ amused, though, their tail flicking and their voice light. ]
But I'm simply worried for you, of course.
no subject
There's not anything to be worried about.
no subject
[ hums, lightly... ]
... I suppose there is something we must discuss, if I really am to stay. Are you of sound enough mind?

1/2
You will.
no subject
I mean I'm not supposed to have children anyway so whatever.
no subject
Oh, you needn't be so rough about it. I'm just saying~! It isn't like I'm a normal kirin, you know? I've already died once~...
[ ... but shuts their book, reaching a hand back to stroke Luna's hair. ]
Well whether you're supposed to or not, we'll have to wait and see.
no subject
...Yeah, I guess.
no subject
Right.
no subject
So was there anything you wanted to do today, or...?
no subject
Mmm... maybe out for a walk.

[ taps the back of their head a bit ]
Let me get dressed?
